DESERT
The girl
crossed the desert
And met
the drifter out there
Cactus
promise
Moon
Cold
sand
The woman
crossed the desert
And met
her man

DEVIL
Oh you
naughty little devil
Does
your mother know you're out?
With
your hands in your pocket
And your
shirt sticking out.
Did you
ever go fishing
On a
hot summer day.
Sitting
on a fence
When
the fence gave way.
And a
cop comes along
And grabs
you by the pants.
And all
the little children
Do the
hootchy-cootchy dance.
DID YOU
Did you
get what you want
When
I made love to you?
Did you
take like no tomorrow?
Why not?
DREAMS
My dreams
are not for sale
So don't
ask me for a price
My dreams
need company
But not
a compromise
So come
live in my dreams
Only
if we are going the same
Don't
change and nor I
We have
to be alike
And that's
my price
ENERGY CRISIS BLUES
Sitting
at home
Eating
cold beans
I've
got the Energy Crisis Blues
Blanket
wrapped around
Twenty
pairs of clothes
I've
got the No Heat blues
Do you
remember S-T-E-A-K?
How about
G-A-S-O-L-I-N-E?
I've
got the Fuel Shortage Blues
So I'll
light my candle
And have
a cup of water for lunch
I've
got the Energy Crisis Blues
